CHARACTER DETAILS:
Basic Information: Come from a line of distinguished Peacekeepers, Aemila has always aspired to follow the family's tradition after her father and two older brothers. Her bond with her father is a close one, with aemila eager to impress him. However, her father is rather militant with high expectations. Aemila has to work hard every day in order to match his standards as well as the standards that have become her own. While of course Peacekeeping is of utmost importance, volunteering and participating in the Games is going above and beyond-- of course Aemila took on the opportunity.
However, Aemila's reaping did not bring smiles all around. While her father and brothers approved whole-heartedly, cheering for her and telling her to bring home the banquet, Aemila's friend was stricken and even feeling betrayed.
While her friend had been dating a District boy for some time, the relationship had begun to hit its sour notes. Close since a young age as Aemila's one and greatest break from the constant training and attempts to please her family, Aemila and her friend began to find they were developing feelings for one another. The two even exchanged a kiss in private. There'd been some vague plans on the horizon of making things work between then, her friend surely breaking up with the District boy, and her friend also encouraging Aemila to ask her father for some space. But the Reaping came and Aemila volunteered without a moment's hesitation. Heartbroken and hurt, but also thinking she might never see Aemila again, their parting was a fraught one.
Aemila has opted to try and push this from her mind for the course of the arena, lest it get in the way of her ambitions-- and her survival. She might need allies for a little while, but she sure as hell isn't going to hesitate to kill them. Especially not those whining rebel-loving offworlders. Maybe from her example they, and everyone else, will start to see that you don't get anywhere in life unless you fight for it. No one ever went easy on her so why should she for anyone else?
Arena Information: Not as popular as teen sweetheart Sheen of District one, Aemila is neverthless one of the more likely candidates of the District reaped. Aemila has been training with her family since she could go to school. Aemila is fast, strong, and ruthless. A fist fight with Aemila is not unlike a fight with a boxer. She is also well-trained with guns and taser guns. Her greatest weakness is her reckless impatience, bringing risks in the arena, and her general callous presentation, which may cause her to lose allies.
